We carefully package each order with attention and care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

U.S. Shipping:

• Flat rate $12.95

• Free shipping on orders $150+

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business daysafter leaving our hands.

Canada:
For Canadian orders, please email thecomfortbasket@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote and shipping options.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

We’re unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered to the address provided.
